Set during a race for the Senate Seat Reagan and Jude are natural enemies. He’s Republican she’s a Democrat. She has a background in politics he doesn’t. Her father holds the current seat Jude is all for a new fresh voice without those family politics. Everything is set up for them to loathe each other – to be able to fight tooth and nail for the seat they covet. But then comes that first time they ever meet face to face and OH MY do those sparks fly!
This was such a fresh political romance – exactly what I needed to give me faith in politics again (I know it is a BOOK! But hope is hope people!) The back and forth between Jude and Reagan was so witty and sexy and I ate up every minute of it. There were twists and turns that happened in this book that had me gasping and thinking NOOOOOOOOOOO! I so don’t want it to hurt this couple. I was rooting for the two of them from the get go. I had no idea how these two authors would be able to pull out a win for them… but they did it in spectacular fashion. I couldn’t have dreamed it up better!
Pick up this sexy read and look at a whole different side of dirty in politics 😉
