Justice or Love

Right now I don’t give a shit who this chick is. I’m not treating her like a criminal, a victim, or a possible lead. Right now she’s just a beautiful woman I’m dying to fuck. With each stroke of her tongue I’m being hypnotized. She’s wrapping me around her little finger, and if I’m not careful I might get lost in this. It’s too good. She’s too perfect. Her kisses match mine like we’re old lovers. Her hands caress my arms as if she’s done this a thousand times. The more I try to back away the harder it becomes to even consider it. I’m a fiend. She’s my drug. I want to be addicted, because a single kiss has never felt this good.

One kiss. That’s all it takes for this chick to bring me to my knees. As much as I know I need to run out of there and clear my head, I remain. I don’t care about the backlash I’ll get from the guys. I don’t care about the danger, or her real identity. I’m living a lie because I know it’s the only way I can be close to her. My head is in my ass, and as long as it stays there I can continue carrying on this charade.

Jill’S Review

Jennifer Foor tackles romantic suspense in her newest novel, Moth. And boy did she keep me guessing!

Moth is a sexy DEA agent who has been undercover (and SCRUFFY) in Guatemala with his team. They have been there for years tracking one elusive drug lord. This guy is as nasty as they come and the DEA is set to take them down. Yet every time they get close he seems to be one step ahead of them. Then tragedy strikes personally – Moth’s little brother turns up dead back in the states. When Moth gets there, he doesn’t buy that it is accidental, and begins to investigate what happened. He goes undercover in the college town to uncover what happened. Was this a random drug deal gone wrong? Was his brother involved with the wrong people? Is this just a coincidence that it seems to relate to Moth’s line of work? And just who is Windy and how does she connect to it all?

As Moth cozies up to the mysterious Windy he has more and more questions. And he is having a harder time keeping his focus on the investigation and off of the gorgeous woman he is with. This is a first! I loved watching the push/pull between Windy and Moth as Windy fought her obvious attraction to him, and he struggled with the feelings she is invoking in him.

The story kept me on my toes. Each time I thought I knew exactly what was gonna happen there was a twist I didn’t see. Moth is full of action, drama and passion and sucked me right in. I wanted to know what happened and why and it kept flicking right through those pages!

If you like a good romantic suspense, make sure you snatch this up!

I received a complimentary copy of Moth in exchange for my honest review.
