As soon as I read the blurb for Protecting His Heart I was intrigued. Then I cracked the book open and was sucked right into this romantic suspense.
You just know that sparks are going to be flying as sexy Arabella Nox turns up naked in her husband’s bed. Oh did I neglect to mention she hasn’t spoken to Felix Ibarra in years. And she just may be there to drop the bomb that he has a target on his back and that there is someone out to get him. Clearly there is a lack of a trust between them. But chemistry… certainly that is not lacking!
I really enjoyed this book. It was quick paced read with twists and turns that kept me on my toes. I loved the element that while it was full of action and suspense it was also a story of second chance romance. Arabella and Felix’s characters were so great. I loved their interactions, their banter and the tension between them.
