I just love Chelle Bliss’ series! I get so excited when one of her books lands on my kindle, and the day I opened my kindle and saw Unlawful Desire I got a huge smile because I knew who I was spending my night with — Frisco Jones!
Now let me tell you my heart wasn’t just racing through this book because I am a HUGE General Hospital fan! And if you aren’t a GH fan, you may be LOST right now thinking WTF? Dude! Frisco Jones is legendary on General Hospital and also happens to be the name of the hot as hell alpha male in Unlawful Desire. (Yeah his mom, may also have been a GH fan! Dontcha love it!) So, anyways… let’s meet Frisco Jones – Private Investigator at ALFA PI, recently broken hearted by his fiancee and now turned man-whore (or as he says it his motto is now “Hit it and quit it.”) We get the book from his point of view, which is just delicious! Getting in his mind and seeing how he comes around when he sets eyes on Georgia, and she gets deep under his skin.
Georgia is a feisty, tempting woman with a body that won’t quit. She has a dirty-mouth and can give as good as the guys, plus she can drink them under the table. But looks can be deceiving, this smoking hot librarian was pure and innocent and about to steal Frisco’s heart.
True to Chelle Bliss’s style this book was smoking hot. Their chemistry burning off the pages no matter how hard Frisco tried to fight it. There was drama to shake things up and help them to realize their importance to each other. And witty banter to make you chuckle and shake your head. Unlawful Desire was a fun and quick read that was just completely enjoyable from start to finish.

She leaned back against the bar with her tits jutting out and her arms crossed underneath. “What’s your problem with me? Did I do something to you, Frisco?”
Caught off guard by her question, my body jerked backward. “N-no,” I stuttered.
She tapped her foot. “You ditched me, marched off when you heard my age, and tonight, you seem less than happy that I’m here. What the fuck gives?”
I cleared my throat, trying to find my voice and a reasonable explanation. “I don’t have anything against you.” I was in so much trouble.
“Let’s cut the shit, Frisco. I’m a big girl. What’s the problem? Would you rather I leave?” Her body oozed attitude.
I cringed. I never wanted to hurt anyone, but I knew that I had hurt her feelings. “No. Don’t go. I’m sorry. It’s just that Sunshine…” My chest tightened. “She’s trying to fix us up.”
Georgia filled her cheeks with air before slowly exhaling. “Is that so bad?” She narrowed her eyes. “If I’m not your type, it’s cool. But otherwise, what’s the issue? I thought we had a nice time up until you left the party. I’m a big girl. Just be honest with me. I’m not into playing games.”
I wanted to play games. Naked games that ended with us against a wall, tangled together like we’d played the sexiest game of Twister.
