Chasing Perfection Vol. 1 is the first book in a brand new hot romance series by M. S. Parker. It features DeVon Ricci the gorgeous, domineering, self-proclaimed asshole who runs one of the top talent agencies. And Krissy Jensen the feisty, sexy lawyer starting over in Los Angeles.

Krissy and DeVon meet in a well, let’s call it interesting way, when she comes to Los Angeles to interview for a position in his company. While DeVon tries to continuously gain the upper hand in their encounters, Krissy never completely relinquishes control and keeps him on his toes, and therefore never far from his mind. I enjoyed watching their interplay and can’t wait to see what is in store over the next few books. We are treated to both Krissy and DeVon’s POVs throughout the book, which definitely helped to keep things spicy!

Chasing Perfection Vol 1 was a fun, hot, quick read. While I truly enjoyed it I can’t help but feel that this book just scratched the surface with Krissy and DeVon and that the next will dig in and uncover so much more!

 M. S. Parker drew me in and kept me the entire time. I can’t wait until Vol 2 comes out! I want to know what happens next!
